Climb Climb beyond dreams To the depth and breath Of your soul. Climb up as assuredly As you climb down, Neither way is devoid of triumph. For triumph depends on sure-footed steps And ascending and descending decisions. So, plant yourself in the shale Despite its instability; Scale walls and boulders Despite their treachery; Reach the apex and do not accept its trickery That this is the end. So, then descend through ethereal clouds That sometimes cloak the truth; Dangle against gravity; Reach the ground, Bless it, And find the next climb.
